We are a team of educators who support writers and illustrators to create diverse children's books.
Cu Alte Cuvinte (In Other Words) promotes a diverse literature, wherein all Romanian children can find themselves. We support writers and illustrators who want to tell a different kind of story, with diverse characters. We also support a creative and interactive reading approach: our books are to be explored in workshops dedicated to children in kindergarten, schools and educational organizations.
Passionate about children's books, illustration and the idea of a cultural space open to diverse stories. Specialization: intercultural education, teaching, and project design. She teaches French at Brandeis University.

A human rights activist and scholar who carries a passion for social justice and cultural diversity. Specialization: early childhood development, participatory action research, Roma rights. She is a researcher at the FXB Center, Harvard.
French teacher by training, children’s playmate by choice; always looking for opportunities for personal & professional growth; enthusiastic about preparing children to love reading. She teaches French at the Institut français.
